Important information was scattered across the process.

Veterans may need to keep track of conditions, evidence, medical records, symptoms, appointments, exam preparation, and other supporting information throughout the disability claims process.

When that information is spread across documents, notes, folders, appointments, and different systems, staying organized can become difficult and important details can be harder to review when they are needed.

Create one place to organize the journey.

ClaimPath VA is a product I conceived, designed, and developed after identifying a need for a more organized way to manage the information involved in the VA disability claims process.

I created the platform to bring claims-related information into one structured environment, making it easier for veterans to organize and review the information that matters throughout the process.

Rather than replacing the veteran's judgment or making decisions about a claim, the platform is designed to help users organize information, prepare documentation, track important details, and better understand what they have collected.

One organized workspace for the information that matters.

ClaimPath VA structures different parts of the claims process into dedicated areas so users can keep information organized and return to it when needed.

More organization. Better visibility.

ClaimPath VA is designed to reduce the amount of searching and mental tracking involved in keeping claims-related information organized. Instead of relying on scattered notes, documents, and reminders, users can bring important information together in one structured environment.

One Organized Workspace Claims-related information can stay together instead of being scattered across different locations.
Better Preparation Evidence, symptoms, documents, and exam preparation can be organized before important steps in the process.
Clearer Tracking Appointments, tasks, documentation, and supporting information are easier to review in one place.
User-Controlled Information The veteran remains in control of the information entered, organized, reviewed, and exported.
The Bigger Idea

Good software doesn't have to make the decision. Sometimes its job is to make the decision easier to prepare for.

ClaimPath VA reflects my approach to user-centered software design: understand where people are overwhelmed, organize the information around their actual needs, and build tools that make complicated processes easier to navigate.
